Edwin S. Jacobson, 89, of Pennside, passed April 3, 2016 in his residence.

He was the widower of Charlotte A. Jacobson.

Born in Reading, PA he was the son of the late Samuel and Sophia (Stein) Jacobson.

He was the President of Consumer Fuel Products Company, Reading, PA .

Edwin was a former Board Member of Kesher Zion Synagogue and also served as the President of the Hebrew School.

He was a veteran of WWII serving with the Navy.

He is survived by his sons, Lee Jacobson of Downingtown and Peter Jacobson of Reading; granddaughter, Marissa Roach wife of Matthew Roach and a great granddaughter.

A graveside service will be held today, Tuesday April 5th, at 11:30 AM in Kesher Zion Cemetery, Shillington. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Kesher Zion Synagogue, 1245 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA 19602.
