Kathryn B. White, 89, of West Lawn, passed May 7th in Reading Hospital.

She was the widow of Lloyd D. White Jr. to whom she had been married to for 47 years.

Born in Allentown, PA she was the daughter of the late Adam and Helen (Reinsmith) Brucher.

She was a graduate Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

Kathryn was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington.

She was an avid Penn State Football fan and enjoyed dancing, reading, taking walks at the Jersey shore and spending time with her family.

She is survived by daughters, Jessie L. (White) wife of Larry Peterson, Cynthia J. White of West Lawn and Rebecca A. Goodman of Wheaton, Illinois; sons, Douglas S. White of Galveston, Texas and Steven L. husband of Julie White of Shillington; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Services and interment will be private in Laureldale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lebanon VA Hospital.
