Harriet Zeigerman, 98, of Wyomissing, passed September 23, 2015 in the Highlands at Wyomissing.
She was the widow of Dr. Louis Goldstein and Dr. Joseph Zeigerman.
Born in Port Carbon, PA she was the daughter of the late George and Edna (Zerbe) Schrope.
She was a classical concert pianist and studied under Leo Ornstein, composer and teacher in Philadelphia, PA. She also taught piano for many years.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah (Goldstein) Goodman wife of John Moyer; stepson, Gerald Zeigerman; grandchildren, Larry Goodman husband of Kate (Golden), Rachel Goodman, and Sam Goodman husband of Alexandra (Minehart); and great grandchildren, Max, Elizabeth and Violet Goodman. She was pre-deceased by a step daughter, Louise (Zeigerman) Eldridge.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 12 Noon in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc., 229 N. 5th St., Reading. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
