Born May 30,1990 in Reading, PA passed away April 8th, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon,Pa after being taken there from his home where he went into Cardiac Arrest. He was a young man who loved life as much as his family and will be Greatly missed by those who were fortunate enough to know him. He is survived by his Mother Ruth Ortiz, Sister Ashley Perez, Niece Adalyn and Nephews Noah, Gianni, and Max. As well as his Wife Christina and 4 children Christopher, Kailyn, Olivia, and Sally. Life will never be the same without you Steven and just know that you will forever be Our Hero!
