To the Scott family I've been away from reading for quite some time but I always enjoy coming back and talking with Mrs Scott about life and family. I'll miss those times when I come to Reading.

It was my privilege to know Nancy during my 25 years serving at Christ Lutheran Church in Glenside. She was an amazing volunteer in so many places, a true pillar of her south Reading community, a lover of her large family, and a keeper of all that was good in this life. On occasion, she would walk to Glenside from south Reading for worship! She was a great Reading community leader and a woman of faith. Your family is in my prayers as you grieve her passing.

Mrs. Scott... Matriarch of South 3rd. Street...🙏🏽

Distinctly...
I can still hear her voice,.. forever. With many of my youthful childhood vivid-memories to reminisce on. It was an honor and a pleasure. I’m grateful for having known her kindness, strength, and positivity. She made me want to be a better person ,,,by example.

“A respected neighborhood mother who’s opinion I valued.”
I did as I was told, when she spoke.

Sincerest condolences to Mrs.Scott’s immediate family, friends, relatives, and neighbors 💐 Bless all of you and yours Now, Forever, and a Day. On behalf of me and my family The Vargas’s Pablo, Gloria, Anita, Ivan, Myself/Buby, & Junito.
