Obituary for Carol Ann Whitmoyer (Heath )
Carol Ann Whitmoyer passed away on January 16th, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beautiful wife of Ron Whitmoyer to whom she was married for 59 years. She was the daughter of Esther (Fix) and Harry Heath.
After graduating in the class of 1957 from Reading High, she became a legal secretary, retiring in 2006. More recently she was the recording secretary for the Skyline Drive Corvette Club and the Keystone Thunderbird Club.
Carol had a tremendous loving heart that brought so much joy, laughter, and many smiles to anyone that she met. She had her own fantastic smile and infectious laugh. She loved to entertain family and friends, was an avid reader, gardener, sports fan and wonderful cook. She enjoyed vacationing in Sea Isle City and Hilton Head Island.
She is survived by her loving husband Ron, her sister Harriet Bendel, her cousin Jacquelyn Heath, two nieces and two nephews, her son Dr. Stephen Whitmoyer (husband of Victoria), and her daughter Tracey Therrien. She was Grammi to six grandchildren, Mary Kate, Jacob, Caroline and Laura Whitmoyer and Dylan and Erik Therrien, all of whom she adored. She will also be sorely missed by her beloved pet boxer, Lailamae.
A celebration of Carol’s life will be held in the Spring, her favorite time of year.
