My Sister My Friend
Bobbi was short in stature and all encompassing in life.
The word "NO" was never in her vocabulary.
She was a member of numerous organizations...always rising to the top and schlepping me to luncheons, shows, bake sales, and veterans hospitals where I clumsily danced with the men.
The Energizer Bunny had stiff competition.
Laughter always filled the times we spent together.
I racked up many a pound eating her super delicious baking.
Bobbi introduced me to my husband.
That "blind date"lasted 52 years.
As families go...Bobbi hit the motherlode.
She was both loved and respected by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
How fortunate for her to have had a daughter like Jill......caring, loving, attentive.
Bobbi will be sadly missed, but long remembered.
With all my love and deepest sympathy.
