Charlotte R. Rutt, 90, passed January 20th in the Highlands at Wyomissing.
She was the widow of Robert B. Bellman.
Born in Earl Township, PA she was the daughter of Amos and Mary (Sweigart) Rutt.
Charlotte worked in the garment industry, working for the former Moyer Underwear.
She is survived by two nieces, Ann Rutt of Rockville, Maryland and Fay Houck of New Holland, PA. She was pre-deceased by siblings, Clarence Rutt, Edwin Rutt, Anna Weidman, Sara Weaver, Nancy Rutt and Amos Rutt Jr.
Services and Interment will be private in Aulenbach’s Cemetery, Mt. Penn.
