He was the spouse of Maria (Pagan) Lugo.
Born in Columbus, Georgia he was the son of Jose A. Lugo Lopez and Crescenia Morales.
In addition to his spouse, he is survived by five children, Sulay Lugo, Suzaly Lugo, Alberto L. Lugo, Maria Seyfried and Luis A. Lugo.
There are also 15 grandchildren., 1 sister and 1 brother.
