Obituary for William Roman Lugo
William Roman Lugo, 80, of Reading, passed February 7th in St. Joseph's Hospital.
Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of Pablo Torres and Candida Lugo.
He is survived by four children, William Roman, Inez Roman, Aida Berrios and Elizabeth Ramos. 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, brother, Pablo Roman and sisters, Miriam and Noreida. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Lydia G. Berrios.
